Democracies have a fair voting system, our country doesn't.
The word populist is over used, by the left, to hide the fact,

The biggest difference between Democracy and our Constitution,
is the infrastructure, which rejects Mob rules, and our leaders are to be,
Held to their responsibilities, by checks and balances.

When one breaks the oath to the Constitution.
There is no trial, breaking the oath is absolute.
Whoever breaks the oath, of the Constitution, are to be removed immediately and never hold a job in government again. Article 3.
