“Thank you Your honor, I am here to defend a man who has been indicted for 3 misdemeanors, based on, being present in the US capitol building on January 6th, 2021.

We intend to prove to the court and all of their staff, The Prosecution team, and all their staff and investigators, along with witness’s for the prosecution to the grand jury, The leaders of the Department of Justice, the FBI, many of the DC police and the DHS, along with the Federal executive branch, including the President and the leaders in the US Congress and as many as all the members of Congress,

conspired together to stage a trap for thousands of people, at President Trump’s speech, on the same day. The trap was staged with planning by all the people we have stated, to entrap, intimidate, illegally prosecute any and all persons who were present at the capital, in the afternoon, on January 6th, 2021.

The court with law enforcement has arrested at least a thousand Americans, denying them their rights of the 1st amendment, allowing ‘the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances, the 4th amendment, ‘The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized, the 5th amendment, ‘No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger. My client was accused of trespassing on public grounds, where 100’s of protests have been staged, some as recently as last week. The people’s, 6th and 8th amendments were violated more egregiously, than the rest.”

We will prove, your honor, you sir, are aware, of these horrible acts against our own citizens on January 6. Law enforcement and elected leaders of Congress participated in the planning, to intimidate, in order to destroy, one of the 2 political parties in the United States.

Your also aware, this is all a big fat lie. You know it is your honor. It is hard to address you, as your honor. You have now indicted our President, of inciting, your ill conceived riot”.

If these grounds were off limits, who gave out flyers outlining the scheduled events, for Americans to peaceably assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Here is the capital on a normal day

A stage, with a podium, and a scaffolding for media cameras, were built to welcome Americans to practice their rights, but it was a trap to torture and injure the very Americans you serve, whose taxes pay your wages. But instead you would later indict and convict them, breaking the very grounds this country stands for. It was on the flyer. Trump didn’t print the flyer.

We are a peaceful people your honor. We aren’t stupid. We know the truth. We’ve known since that day. I guess you don’t want to let us see the rehearsals, days before the theatrical opening on J6, filmed on those video’s we can’t see.

Truth doesn’t grow old and die, your honor.

is supposed to thrive and innocence rewarded.
